Decision:

THAT THE RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE

1.         Notes the 2027 local government general elections will be held on Wednesday, 7 April 2027 and that the current Reconciliation Committee term will remain in place until the end of the current term of Council on this date.

2.         Approves a meeting of the Reconciliation Committee to be held in the Colonel Light Room, Adelaide Town Hall from 2:30 pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday, 24 February 2027 in accordance with the requirement under its Terms of Reference and Meeting procedures dated 24 September 2024 to meet quarterly.

3.         Notes that the meeting to be held on Wednesday, 24 February 2027 will occur during the local government election caretaker period but does not impact on the ordinary business of the Reconciliation Committee.
