THAT COUNCIL

1.       Receives the correspondence dated 18 August 2026 from the Minister for Planning as contained in Attachment A to Item 14.1 on the Agenda for the Council meeting held on 8 September 2026, that confirms his support for the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority's request for greater flexibility in how events at Adelaide Oval 2 are configured and managed, including greater flexibility for events occurring over consecutive days, and encourages Council to consider this position in finalising the draft Community Land Management Plan for the Adelaide Oval Precinct part of Tarntanya Wama (Park 26), for public consultation.

2.       Approves the draft Community Land Management Plan for the Adelaide Oval Precinct part of Tarntanya Wama (Park 26) Attachment B as referred to in paragraph 16 as Option 2, including references to the amendments to the existing event restrictions, referred to in Item 14.1 on the Agenda for the Council meeting held on 8 September 2026, being released for statutory consultation for a period of 28 days.

3.       Authorises the Chief Executive Officer, or delegate, to authorise minor edits to the draft Community Land Management Plan for the Adelaide Oval Precinct part of Tarntanya Wama (Park 26) Attachment B.

4.       Notes that the results of statutory public consultation will be presented to Kadaltilla and Council prior to approval of the Community Land Management Plan.
