Purpose:

To provide ARC with a comprehensive framework for managing the City of Adelaide’s plant and fleet assets over the next 10 years.

This Plan is a key initiative of the Plant and Fleet Strategy endorsed by Executive on the 25 September 2025.

Decision:

THAT THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE ADVISES COUNCIL THAT THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

1.         Receives the Plant and Fleet Asset Management Plan as contained in Attachment A to Item 6.4 on the Agenda for the Audit and Risk Committee held on 16 October 2026 in support of the Plant and Fleet Strategy and provides the following advice:

1.1.      Include this Asset Management Plan in the Internal Audit Review on the Strategic Asset Management review

1.2.      Update the financial projections to ensure alignment with the Long Term Financial Plan

1.3.      Update section 1.7 of the Asset Management Plan to reflect recommendation 1.2
