THAT COUNCIL

1.       Notes the draft Adelaide Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy public consultation summary report as contained in Attachment A to Item 7.2 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Community Services and Culture Committee held on 6 October 2026.

2.       Adopts the Adelaide Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy as contained in Attachment B to Item 7.2 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Community Services and Culture Committee held on 6 October 2026.

Undertaking - Recommendation 2 - Item 7.2 - Park Lands Leasing and Licencing Policy

In response to a query from Councillor Martin, an undertaking was given to remove the word ‘activation’ from part 1.1 of the Adelaide Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy.
