Decision details

In response to queries from Councillor Maher, an undertaking was given to provide Council Members with further information (on how the information is received) on the ‘Snap, Send, Solve’ application, referred to in part 5 of the reply to Item 19.2 - Councillor Maher - QoN - Issue Reporting Tools and any promotional material that details the process that could be made available to the public.

In response to a query from Councillor Maher, an undertaking was given to further clarify the reply to Item 19.3 - Councillor Maher - QoN - City Fountains and Ponds), regarding cleaning and people in the water features.

In response to a query from Councillor Martin, an undertaking was given to further clarify the figures in the reply to Item 19.1 – Councillor Martin – QoN – Housing Initiatives.

In response to a query from Councillor Giles, an undertaking was given to provide Council Members with further information given the Federal Environment Minister, has granted federal environmental clearance for the Adelaide Street Circuit redevelopment, on the environmental assessment process to which Council made a submission and if a response from the Minister will be provided.
