On 15 December 2025, the Kadaltilla / Adelaide Park Lands Authority Board was presented with the following recommendation to consider out of session, in accordance with clause 4.8.4 of the Kadaltilla Charter:
That the Kadaltilla / Adelaide Park Lands Authority:
1. Provides written consent to proceed with the Regional Landscape Plan 2026 2031 submission, and
2. Authorisation for the Chief Executive Officer, or delegate, to make minor, typographical or editorial amendments to the draft submission, for the purposes of finalising the document for public consultation.
The resolution was carried and is a valid and effectual decision of the Kadaltilla / Adelaide Park Lands Authority Board.
