Note: Pursuant to sections 90(3) (a) & (b) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) the CEO has ordered the briefing session being held on Tuesday 24 February 2026 to receive information in relation to a strategic property matter, be closed to the public on the basis that the information to be discussed is information the disclosure of which would involve the unreasonable disclosure of information concerning the personal affairs of any persons and could reasonably be expected to confer a commercial advantage on a person with whon the council is conductiong, or proposing to conduct business, or to prejudice the commercial position of the Council and is contrary to the public interest.
