Note: Pursuant to sections 90A(4) and 90(3)(d)(h) and (j) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) the CEO has ordered the briefing session being held on Thursday, 13 October 2022 to receive information on the Botanic High School Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), be closed to the public on the basis that the information to be discussed relates to legal advice received [section 90(3)(h)], third party commercially sensitive information [section 90(3)(d)] and the information has been provided on a confidential basis by a public authority [section 90(3)(j). The receipt, consideration and discussion of the information open to the public would, on balance, be contrary to the public interest because the State Government are continuing discussions/negotiations with other parties and these negotiations may be materially and adversely affected.
