Note: Pursuant to sections 90A(4) and 90(3)(h) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) the CEO has ordered the first item of the briefing session Petition to the Court of Disputed Returns being held on Tuesday 20 December 2022 be closed to the public on the basis that the information to be discussed is legal advice pertaining to this matter and which is to be treated in confidence [section 90(3)(h)]. The receipt, consideration, and discussion of the information open to the public would, on balance, be contrary to the public interest because it relates to advice from Council's legal advisors.
