The Chief Executive Officer Selection
Panel is a formally appointed committee of Council pursuant to
section 41 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) and its
primary objective is to undertake appointment procedures as
outlined under section 98 of the Local Government Act 1999
(SA).
