Committee details

The CEO Tenure Review Committee is established under section 41 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) to undertake a structured, evidence-based review of the Chief Executive Officer’s tenure prior to the expiry of their contract and to provide a formal recommendation to Council on whether to:

·                Reappoint the CEO, or

·                Not reappoint and initiate recruitment at an appropriate time.
