THAT THE CITY FINANCE AND GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS TO COUNCIL
THAT COUNCIL
1. Adopts the 2026/27 to 2035/36 Long Term Financial Plan document in Attachment A to Item 7.1 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Finance and Governance Committee held on 20 October 2026.
2. Adopts the 2026 updates to the Asset Management Plans in Attachment B to Item 7.1 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Finance and Governance Committee held on 20 October 2026.
3. Notes the 2026 CEO Sustainability Report in Attachment C to Item 7.1 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Finance and Governance Committee held on 20 October 2026.
4. Authorises the Chief Executive Officer to make any necessary changes to the updated Asset Management Plans and 2026/27 to 2035/36 Long Term Financial Plan document arising from this meeting, together with any editorial amendments and finalisation of the document’s formatting and graphic design.
