- Councillor Phillip Martin - Material - Deputy Lord Mayor, Councillor Martin declared a material conflict of interest in Item 4.2 [M2R revitalisation – Pitt Street], pursuant to Section 75 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) as he is a member of the Board of the Adelaide Festival Trust and the Trust has a position on the matter, withdrew his Chair and left the Colonel Light Room at 8.55 pm.
