• Councillor Phillip Martin - Material - Councillor Martin declared a material conflict of interest in Item 11 [Recommendation 4 – Item 9.4 - Homelessness Strategy – Everyone’s Business], pursuant to Section 75 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA), as his daughter works for a homeless Non-government organisation, associated with Council and that he would leave the meeting when Item 11 - Recommendation 4 – Item 9.4 - Homelessness Strategy – Everyone’s Business, was considered.
