Justyna Jochym - Material - Justyna Jochym declared a material conflict of interest in parts 3-5 of Item 5.3 Multi-Year Major Event Licences pursuant to section 75 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) as she is the Chief Executive of Festival City Adelaide, the industry body for South Australian Arts and Culture Festivals and that she would vacate the room at the time of consideration.
Lord Mayor, Dr Jane Lomax-Smith - Material - The Presiding Member, the Lord Mayor declared a material conflict of interest in part 3.3 of the Item 5.3 Multi-Year Major Event Licences pursuant to section 75 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) as she is a member of the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Garden Trust and that she would vacate the room at the time of consideration.

Elinor Walker - General - Deputy Presiding Member, Elinor Walker declared a General Conflict of Interest in Item 6.4 – The Greater Adelaide Regional Plan (the Plan) Consultation due to her employment as the Director of the Housing, Infrastructure, Planning and Development Unit with the State Government. Elinor Walker indicated her intention to not participate in any debate or decision making on the matter and would vacate the room for deliberation on Item 6.4.
Stephanie Johnston - Material - Stephanie Johnston declared a Material Conflict of interest in Item 6.4 – The Greater Adelaide Regional Plan (the Plan) Consultation due to being a State Planning Commission member who is overseeing the work of GARP. Stephanie Johnston indicated her intention to not participate in any debate or decision making on the matter and would vacate the room for deliberation on Item 6.4.
