Councillor Phillip Martin - General - Councillor Martin declared a general conflict of interest in discussions around the Festival Centre Plaza in relation to Item 7.1 [Draft City Plan – Adelaide 2036 – Consultation Summary], pursuant to Section 74 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA), because he is on the Festival Centre Board, and that he would vacate the room during discussions on the Festival Plaza. Councillor Martin left the Colonel Light Room at 7.50 pm and re-entered at 7.51 pm.
